The Centre Torrent is a kayaking and canoeing school managed by trained personnel who are among the best in the country. We are the white water specialists who, in addition to offering a wide variety of lessons for all ages and levels of sport enthusiasts, are also very proud to introduce you to the joys and beauty of Quebec's beautiful rivers.

In 2007, the Centre Torrent lets you discover the joys of paddling on our rivers during an introductory river kayak expedition, learn how to manoeuvre your kayak or canoe in progressively difficult white water rapids on a licensed training course, improve your abilities by joining our advanced clinic or weekly training with the Torrent team and discover the beauty of our Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean rivers with our guided river descent packages.
